Some Millennials are! I doubt they would want to make it a habit. A sense of aesthetics will kick in, 100 degrees or not! One wants to feel, and look good. Well thought out pieces make it possible. Undergarments are so much more comfortable than they used to be. Aren't you glad?
I ran across Phylyda, a swimwear line by Lydia Maurer this week. I like the 'long line' tops (as I like to call them), and 'the skirt' bottoms. How incredibly stylish! Add a pair of gladiators, and I am off! Oh me, oh my!
