A wedding is 'the most special day of your life,' hands down! It ought; as dreadful as that word may sound to some, reflect you and your beloved! I say, "Check out the trends. Keep the things you like. Discard the things you don't like. You'll be the happier for it." Brunch, here I come!
Millennials; I daresay, are much more willing to incorporate the use of technology into their wedding planning than previous generations. Well, why not? It's there for the asking! I find it all pretty exciting, especially the wedding website. This is great for before, and after, for eve-ry-one! But, don't be too quick to throw out the notion of invitations! Receiving one is almost as much fun as attending the wedding itself...
I was delighted to learn that Stella McCartney has entered The World of Men's Wear! If the tuxedo that her husband wore to the 2011 Met Gala is any indicator, she will do a bang-up job! I always look to see what she offers each season. The purses, totes and backpacks trimmed in silver chains are as cool as cool can be! Talk about street wear meeting designer wear! That is it! A cool, cool juxtaposition!
Although I lug my beverages around all year long, summer with its heat and humidity is a potent reminder to all of the need to stay hydrated. Water; in all of its glory, can be good. Refreshing, too. Drink up!
O.K., I've got "good eats" on the mind! I wonder. What will we have for dinner tonight? I want dessert. Dessert of some kind. Mmmmm. Peach cobbler. Blueberry cobbler. They're actually pretty easy to make, although I have yet to make one. Don't ask...
As of today, there are 4 more days left until: the first day of summer, Monday, June 20, 2016!
